Bay Beats tests the limits of the Main's Koret Auditorium with a sick Punk rock show on Saturday, March 21. Featuring three mainstays of our Punk offerings, this show puts teeth to the expression, "Libraries are so punk rock!"

1 p.m. - Middle-Aged Queers - A queer punk group formed by several founding members and volunteers of the 924 Gilman Street project in Berkeley. Their mission is to defiantly celebrate queer joy in the midst of oppression and uncertainty,

2 p.m. - Warp - Having helped shape the ‘San Francisco Sound’ of the new millennium, they are ready to tear it down. WARP recalls the nihilistic extravagance and rage of Flipper and No Trend with garage-y instrumental acumen.

3 p.m. - George Crustanza - An SF/Oakland based mix of hardcore and skate thrash punk at its crustiest.

This show is not just music for the ears, but raw energy for to be absorbed and carried out into the world. Bay Beats shows are all ages, all the time!
