Harsha Golla (He/Him) has practiced meditation for over 15 years and leads science-informed mindfulness workshops in community spaces. He has guided sessions at the Aptos Library in Santa Cruz, the Fairfield Civic Center Library, and now at the Vacaville Cultural Center Library.

Harsha’s approach blends ancient wisdom with modern science, offering simple practices that help calm the nervous system, sharpen attention, and build inner steadiness. He is especially passionate about supporting first responders, healthcare workers, engineers, and others who carry high levels of stress in their daily lives.
