Carrie Staller from Fork in the Path will lead an interactive hour of hands-on fun exploring the fascinating world of mushrooms! Learn how to identify mushrooms and understand the difference between edible and poisonous varieties.

​Presenter Bio:

Carrie Staller (she/her)  is the founder of Fork in the Path, which has been featured in East Bay Express, East Bay Magazine, Sonoma Magazine, Visit California and more. She has a master's degree in sustainability and a decade of experience foraging mushrooms, plants, and fruits in California. She is a curator of one of the largest online mushroom groups and teaches mushroom classes at community organizations around the Bay Area. She lives in Berkeley, CA, and wakes up every morning in gratitude for the land, her teachers, and this incredible team of educators and participants who are learning and growing together at Fork in the Path by cultivating deeper relationships with our beautiful and wondrous natural world.
