Workshop: How to Talk About Your Achievements with Confidence

Learn how to challenge social perceptions around self-promotion and embrace your achievements. 

#IAmRemarkable is a global program that empowers people to celebrate their achievements in the workplace and beyond while challenging social perceptions around self-promotion. In this interactive session, participants engage in group discussions and exercises that build comfort and confidence in self-promotion. 

During this 90-minute workshop, participants: 

  • Reflect on limiting beliefs about self-promotion. 
  • Participate in exercises that help identify and communicate achievements. 
  • Engage in discussion and leave with practical take-home exercises. 

About the presenter: Kim Nicol, JD, PCC, is an Executive Coach who blends a warm, intuitive coaching style with expertise in mindfulness, communication, and leadership development. A former lawyer and host of The New Manager Podcast, she supports purpose-driven leaders through a mix of practical tools, reflective insight, and embodied practices drawn from mindfulness and systems thinking.
