11 a.m.–12 p.m.: Learn more about CalCareers, the State's online application system, from the California Department of Human Resources (CalHR) in a workshop titled “How to Get a State Job.” Get answers to your questions about the hiring process.

At 1 p.m., choose between two follow-up sessions.

Option 1:

1 p.m.–2 p.m.: Receive hands-on assistance creating a CalCareers account, so you can get started pursuing State career opportunities. This session will take place in the Library’s 5th Floor Computer Learning Center. Space limited. Seats available first come, first served.

Option 2:

1 p.m.: Walk with us to the Career Center at San Francisco's City Hall to learn more about the City's apprenticeship programs, trainings and job application process. The Career Center is open to drop-ins Monday-Friday 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Visit during these hours for information and support.
