Experience a traditional Japanese tea ceremony and taste matcha by making your own. 

Tea ceremony instructor, Kazuki Nakajima, will demonstrate how to make a bowl of matcha in a traditional Japanese tea ceremony.

The registered participants will make their own bowl and taste matcha.

About the instructor:

Kazuki Nakajima is a Japanese cultural practitioner and entrepreneur dedicated to sharing traditional Japanese culture with people around the world. He serves as Secretary General of the Japan Cultural Tradition Association and has been actively hosting Japanese tea ceremony experiences in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Through the tea ceremony, Kazuki hopes to offer people a moment of peace and space away from the busyness of everyday life, while creating opportunities to experience the spirit and values of Japanese culture.
