Presented by Juan P. Calderon, Labor & Employment Specialist with Construction Trades Workforce Initiative (CTWI), this program highlights career pathways in the union construction trades. CTWI is a national nonprofit organization with focused hubs in the DC–Baltimore Metro region and the greater San Francisco East Bay area. Through partnerships with the building trades, CTWI connects underrepresented communities to apprenticeship and career opportunities.
