In this free workshop, led by the San Francisco Environment Department, you’ll learn how to make non-toxic cleaners, how to identify harmful ingredients in store-bought products and discover safer alternatives. Plus, learn about effective non-toxic pest control methods, how to safely dispose of hazardous household products through local collection programs and tips for improving indoor air quality. Depending on availability, attendees may also receive free Healthy Homes cleaning supplies to get started on their journey to a healthier home. In both English and Chinese.
