Learn to make a colorful seasonal salad showcasing five different facets of the sunflower, a native plant domesticated by Indigenous peoples thousands of years ago. This lesson is part of The Breakfast Project's fourth grade Edible Social Studies curriculum and is designed for students 4-11 with their caregivers as well as tweens and teens attending on their own.
