Break down large plans into smaller steps with SMART Goals. Bring a goal (big or small) to this session and work on it together with Laura Combs of Combs Consulting Co.

SMART Goals are a tool used for breaking down large plans into smaller steps. They increase confidence and productivity, reminding you to view goal setting as a marathon, not a sprint, while also emphasizing your small wins.

In this workshop, participants will:

  • learn about SMART Goals,
  • utilize the SMART Goal framework with their own goal,
  • walk away with concrete next steps and confidence
  • and remember to celebrate their small wins
