No, SFPL no longer has typewriters for public use. But you may reserve a computer or borrow a laptop  for in-library use.

Daly City Public Library's Serramonte Main and Westlake locations have typewriters for public use . For more information, please call 650-991-8000.

Expired Library Account

If your library account is expired, your Kanopy access will be blocked. To renew your library account, call 415-557-4400 or send an email .

Inactive Kanopy Account

If time has passed since you last used Kanopy, you may need to re-enter your card number and PIN/password in your Kanopy account settings.

To access Hoopla ebooks on an e-ink tablet, consider using *Boox .

*As of 2024, Boox is compatible with ebooks from the Hoopla Digital service, but the Library cannot guarantee titles will be fully accessible. For more information, please contact Boox Support .

STEP 1: From eMagazines & eNewspapers  or Articles & Databases , click The Wall Street Journal (wsj.com) access link.

From eMagazines & eNewspapers, scroll down to eNews. From Articles & Databases, use the Filter by Letter tool and select W.
