-Go to https://kanopy.com/en/sfpl/login (link) and log in with your email address and password (or Google or Apple account).
-Hover over your name in the right corner, then select My Account, My Libraries.
-Click the 3 dots next to San Francisco Public Library, then Edit. (If the Library isn't listed, click Add New Library.)
-Re-type your 14-digit card number (without spaces or dashes) and PIN/password.
-Save changes when done.

Tickets are used to play videos on Kanopy . Each month, you receive a set number of tickets (30). Your tickets reset on the first day of the month, and unused tickets don't roll over to the next month. Most documentaries and features films (non-series) on Kanopy require 2 tickets for viewing.

Note: Kanopy Kids doesn't use tickets. You can access an unlimited number of Kanopy Kids titles each month. You can see your remaining tickets for the month in the top-right corner of the homepage.
