Joyful Movement for personal resilience combines t'ai chi-like warm-ups, balance yoga poses, mindful breathing and free-form dance moves, set to music. We can create our own joy through movement, body awareness and breathing. We can learn how to shift our nervous system from fight or flight, into rest and digest mode.
Joyful Movement is taught by Integrative Health Coach Marcia Degelman.
