La Familia Peña-Govea is a three generation family band playing bilingual children's music based in Latin folk traditions. The band, parents Miguel Govea and Susan Peña, daughter René and

grandson, Diego, has played their eclectic mix of cumbias, rancheras, boleros, and more for decades in the Bay Area. Their original compositions address themes such as socio
