Explore wild rice, one of the sacred foods of the Indigenous Anishinaabeg, and make a salad featuring several ingredients native to present-day North America. The workshop is taught by The Breakfast Project using their Edible Social Studies: Everybody Cooks Rice curriculum. Ages 6–11. Youth must be accompanied by an adult. Space limited.
