Nathalie Martin is a certified mindfulness teacher, yoga instructor, and chaired professor of law at the University of New Mexico. She combines her professional expertise with a passion for contemplative practices to help people live meaningful, balanced lives. In The Inspired Retirement, she draws on her experience and interviews with retirees to offer practical, uplifting guidance for anyone looking to make the most of their post-work years.
