Learn how to evaluate long-term care options and make informed decisions that protect your finances, independence, family and dignity as you age.


This presentation explains what long-term care is, why it matters and how it fits into real-life planning for individuals and families of all ages. Contrary to popular belief, long-term care needs can arise unexpectedly - not just in older age, but also due to accidents, chronic illness or sudden disability. The program explores common care scenarios, typical costs in California, the differences between self-funding and insurance-based strategies, myths and misconceptions and how long-term care planning intersects with retirement income, Medicare and estate planning.

Attendees will gain practical clarity on when to plan, what questions to ask and how to avoid common misconceptions that can derail smart decision-making.

The program is presented by Carly Ebenstein, CLTC of CJB Insurance Services, Inc., a long-term care planning professional who works with individuals, families and small business owners to design strategies that support aging with dignity and financial stability. Carly provides education-first guidance, empowering people to understand their options and make informed choices rooted in their personal goals - not fear or sales pressure.
