Learn about the traditional techniques to wrap dumplings in this interactive culinary experience with the Kong family as they share family stories and tips. Attendees who participate in all the dumpling stations will receive a package of their noodles to cook at home (while supplies last).

The book 90-Year-Old Noodle Handbook Batch 1.0 is a glimpse into the craft of noodle-making passed down through four generations of the Kong family—noodle-makers behind two of San Francisco’s oldest noodle factories, Mon Sing Noodle Co. (Est. Since 1932) and Tin Wah Noodle Co. (San Francisco Original Since 1940s). Shui Mein®, an irreplaceable homestyle noodle that originated from San Francisco Legacy Business Mon Sing Noodle Co since 1932, one of the best kept secrets in San Francisco!

Don’t miss this special occasion honoring nearly a century of noodle-making tradition!

Space is limited. Reservations required: (415) 355-2888 (starting May 1).
