Presentation: Healthy Filipino Cooking

SOMCAN and Balay Kreative present Chef Pearl Parmelee who will demonstrate how to prepare Vegan Panara. 

Panara is a Visayan appetizer dish traditionally made from chopped up (bottle gourd), sayote and minced shrimp wrapped in a wonton wrapper and deep fried until golden brown. Chef Tita Pearl Parmelee will demonstrate this yummy vegan-friendly recipe.
