Discover the concept of “food and medicine sharing the same origin,” a cornerstone of traditional Chinese health theory. This event highlights how everyday foods and herbs can work together to promote wellness in a gentle, lifestyle-friendly way. Enjoy an insightful panel discussion with experts, personalized herbal consultations and Tit Tar therapy. 

Attendees who wish to receive free consultations are advised to wear loose and comfortable clothing and need to sign a waiver form. Space limited. Reservations required:  Registration Online

This event is in partnership with American Chinese Herb Trade Association, American Chinese medical Tit Tar Therapy Association and Chinatown History & Culture Association.
