Learn about the history of the ramen noodle with one of the authors of The Discovery of Ramen, written by Phil Amara and Olive Chin, and illustrated by Juan Calle. Oliver Chin will take you on a journey, back in time with three characters who discover how the famous ramen noodle was discovered.

There will be a visual history lesson, storytelling, time for audience questions and an activity.
