Tech Exchange presents how to get a free smartphone and monthly service and the guidelines to qualify for the LifeLine Program. If you qualify, you can get phone and internet service at a rate you can afford. The California LifeLine Program is a government program that can help low-income customers by subsidizing their phone and internet service.

This event is part of SF Tech Week.

Tech Exchange was founded by Bruce Buckelew, a pioneer in addressing the digital divide through green technology solutions. Tech Exchange provides community with free and low-cost computers, tech support, digital skills, and assistance with internet access.
