Presented by the Magazines and Newspapers Center
Wednesday, 9/17/2025
12:00 - 1:00

Read Spanish-language news from all over the world on PressReader, a library app.

Whether you are seeking news from home or practicing a new language, reading Spanish-language news from Latin America and beyond is possible with your SFPL library card.

In this online tutorial we highlight a selection of our favorite Spanish-language newspapers and magazines and teach you how to access these and others on PressReader, a library app available on your computer, tablet or phone.

Presented primarily in English by a Magazines and Newspapers Librarian, this Zoom tutorial will include Spanish-language captions and an SFPL translator will be on hand to answer questions in Spanish.

The tutorial will be recorded. Register to receive the recording even if you can't make the live session.
