Enjoy a special viewing of Gender Liberators, a new book recently added to the Hormel Center’s collection of more than 11,000 books. An archive in a book, Gender Liberators is an anthology of writing, poetry, correspondence, photos, paintings, flyers, and other ephemera by trans*, two-spirit, nonbinary, and trans-adjacent authors and creators from 20th century turtle island/North America.
And while you're there, use the Hormel Center’s button machine to make buttons inspired by the book with designs featuring transgender and gender-nonconfirming legends, icons and history-makers. Materials provided.
