Make a paper mountain craft inspired by Up, Up, Ever Up! (2025 Caldecott Honor winner) about Anita Yasuda, the first woman to climb to the top of Mount Everest. Meet other first and second graders learning to read while discovering new books you might like. A selection of free books for children learning to read and resources for parents will also be available to take home.
