Learn and practice Tai Chi - a gentle, slow moving form of exercise and meditation with instructor Richard Fong.
The focus of this presentation will be the Baduanjin, generally translated as the Eight Pieces of Brocade. While the Baduanjin is primarily designated as a form of medical qigong meant to improve health, there are several martial arts benefits as well.
This class will be held indoors, and comfortable clothing is recommended.
