Megan Heuer, certified sound healer, will provide a serene space filled with gentle, resonant sounds of crystal singing bowls and soothing nature sounds, creating a harmonious atmosphere. Participants lie down or sit comfortably, enveloped in the tranquil vibrations that wash over them, releasing tension and promoting deep relaxation. Each tone and rhythm blends into a therapeutic symphony, guiding the group into a state of peaceful rejuvenation and inner calm. Please bring a mat if you plan to lie down.

For ages 16–108. Space limited and spaces available first come, first served. You may visit the library an hour prior to the program to sign up and should then be available 30 minutes prior to the program to check-in and get comfortable.
