Share your expertise, creativity or ideas with the community at San Francisco Public Library. We welcome you to submit a Presenter Proposal Form. Presenter Proposals are reviewed by Library staff for inclusion in the Presenter Database, which librarians use when selecting programs for their communities.
Presenter Proposals are evaluated based on quality, the expertise and experience of presenters or performers and how well they align with broader programming directions and community needs. Presenter Proposals that are clear, specific and aligned with the Library's Strategic Priorities are most likely to be selected for consideration.
Please note that public programs are planned at least four months in advance to allow time for promotion, scheduling and reserving space. Library schedules are set months in advance and priorities may shift based on seasonal and other factors.
Teens interested in presenting programs should submit a proposal through the Teen-Led Programs page.
Due to the high volume of submissions, Library staff are only able to respond when there is a programming opportunity.
The Library is not currently accepting proposals, the form will reopen July 1.
