The Louis R. Lurie Foundation Audiovisual Center features the Main Library’s floating collection of media, including blu-rays, DVDs, music CDs, vinyl LPs, audiobooks and language learning CDs. Collection highlights include current and classic popular films, television series, documentaries covering a wide spectrum of topics and international cinema from around the globe. The CD collection spans nearly all music genres, and the audiobook section features both fiction and nonfiction titles alongside an extensive language learning collection.
Look for the "Vinyl Destination" signage at the Bayview, Excelsior, Eureka Valley/Harvey Milk Memorial, Marina, Mission Bay, Park, Richmond and Western Addition branch libraries and browse an eclectic collection of albums featuring all genres.
